| Vacuum Oven - CSI-1027 Vacuum oven is a closed cavity in which heating at high temperatures is attained by vacuum. Air is not present in the vacuum oven which makes it an ideal instrument to be used is application where products have to be prevented from getting infected or contaminated. Usually because of convection heat gets transferred to the product placed in an oven which can create infectivity. The applications which need to be carried out at consistent high temperatures are performed in vacuum ovens like giving heat treatment, sintering and brazing. This is two walled oven where vacuum is between the two walls of the unit which are filled with superior grade glass wool to stop the thermal loss. To control the temperature range from ambient to 150 degree C, a digital temperature controller with and accuracy of +1is also provided with this unit. This unit also consists of vacuum gauge, display screen made of toughened glass and shelf. The appliance works on 220/230 volts AC current. Universal oven can handle everything from material testing to drying or tempering electronic components, hardening plastic, ageing computer chips and doing tests on highly sensitive items. The fundamental function of a universal oven is to help in establishing quality attributes of various materials and products at a very high temperature. We are involved in manufacturing and exporting of Universal Oven - CSI-1026. This is a double walls oven with outer chamber made of M.S. Sheet duly coated/painted and inner chamber made of anodized aluminum or S.S. sheet. The space between the inner and outer chambers is filled with superior quality glass wool to minimize the loss of thermal energy. In the bottom and sides of the oven ribs, beaded heating elements are placed in ribs, at bottom and sides. Ribs are provided with inner chamber for adjusting perforated shelves to convenient temperature. Features of our Universal oven – CSI 1026 are: - The unit is also equipped with hydraulic type thermostat controller to control the temperature from ambient to 250 degree C + 1 Degree C.
- The unit is equipped with an L-shaped prismatic thermometer to read the temperature of both chambers, which makes it easy to operate and provides accurate results.
- Air ventilators are provided on both the sides of the oven. This double chamber oven operates on 220/230 volts AC current.
